Community Vision Development Programs, LLC is a community-based health and human services provider with 245D license to provide services to seniors and people with disabilities. Licensed under Minnesota Statutes 245D, the Vulnerable Adult Act (626.577 & 626.5572); 144A.3 – 144A.48 and all other statutes, laws, and rules that are applicable to the people we serve, Community Vision Development Programs, LLC believes these statutes serve as both a professional and ethical guide to ensure the highest quality of service to each individual receiving services.
